MitoMed is the clinical arm of the Center for Mitochondrial and Molecular Medicine and Genetics (MAMMAG). MAMMAG is a group of researchers and physicians who specialize in genetic disorders and disorders of energy metabolism, especially mitochondrial disorders. MitoMed operates a Clinical (CLIA certified) laboratory under the directorship of Taosheng Huang, MD, Ph.D., an Evaluation Clinic, and a number of research projects.
